Students use manipulatives as they explore patterns and grasp other important math concepts. Letter and sounds come alive with Zoo Phonics, engaging students in reading and writing on their own. Boys and girls enjoy music, physical education and art as they actively learn heatlthy ways to express themselves. They also start reading with the Houghton Mifflin program. All subjects are taught from a Christian perspective as students are inspired to pursue excellence.
Kindergarten Round-Up is HERE!
Kindergarten round up is scheduled for Tuesday, March 13 and Thursday, March 15. On Tuesday prospective kindergartners have an individual testing time which takes about twenty minutes. Please call the office to sign up for a testing time. Testing times will run from 8:00am-12pm. On Thursday March 15, the students who were tested will come for a group time with Mrs. Bouwkamp from 8:30-11am. Students will be observed during this time for abilities to stay focused, work with others, and other general skills. We look forward to testing your students in the readiness for next year. Grant Christian School will be following the Monday, Wednesday & Friday all day Kindergarten program next year
