The Christmas season was joyfully celebrated at Grant Christian School through two special events that highlighted the talents, faith, and unity of our students and community.
Earlier in December, students and families gathered for a meaningful Christmas Chapel presented by the Ladies of Honor. The chapel featured a special play written by Viviana Kwekel, bringing the story of Christ’s birth to life. Middle school students participated by singing and acting out the Christmas story, beautifully sharing the message of hope, joy, and salvation with those in attendance. Their heartfelt performances made the chapel a memorable and worshipful experience for all.
The celebrations continued on December 18, when the entire school came together for a Christmas Concert held at the Grant Fine Arts Center. Students from preschool through 8th grade participated, showcasing weeks of hard work and preparation. The concert included a wide variety of songs, recitations, and special music. A highlight of the evening was the special musical performances by Brandy Deurloo and Nate DeNio, which added to the richness of the program.
Students in grades 5–8 also performed several band selections, demonstrating their musical growth and teamwork. From the youngest preschoolers to the middle school musicians, each student played an important role in making the evening a success.
These events were a wonderful reminder of the joy of the Christmas season and the many gifts God has given our students. Grant Christian School is thankful for the dedication of its staff, students, and families who helped make these celebrations meaningful and memorable.
