The first Wednesday of the month we enjoy Worship Wednesday with Anya!
Our first and second graders researched animals. They had to write about them and use a pop bottle to make their animal.
They also have been typing spelling words and practicing keyboarding followed by blends/digraphs and nouns/verbs review.
Congratulations to our boys basketball team for winning the Christian Athletic League Tournament!
The snow might be falling, but at GCS it was beach day! ☀️ We ended our day with beach activities and root beer floats as a special treat!
When your hear "school hot lunch," is this what you think of? Fresh fruit, fresh veggies, homemade spaghetti and lasagna, garlic toast, and homemade treats are just a few of the foods that we enjoy at Grant Christian School! Then on Fridays we have Andrea's pizza and breadsticks.
Mondays and Fridays are some of our kids favorites, as they have P.E. on those days.
Tomorrow is our first dress up Friday! As the snow falls and the skies are gray, let's think of a warm sunshiny day! Dress up for beach day tomorrow!

Last Friday was daddy doughnut day for our preschoolers. It's such an exciting day to have our dads in the preschool room!
There will be no PM busing tomorrow (Friday) as Grant Public has a 1/2 day.
The preschool class got a grocery store in their room today ! They are learning about the letter I this week.

This week in 7th and 8th grade life science, we learned about the Plant Kingdom! The students each got to pick a plant to research and tell us about.
Our middle schoolers learned how to make paper in STEM this week.
When you’re so excited to see your friend back at school, you just have to give him a hug!
